The group leader is responsible for informing the group members of all policies and making changes to the reservation. We encourage all group leaders to provide each participant with a copy of our policies in advance of the trip. Those policies are posted on this web site.
Saturday “Prime Time” advanced reservations require full payment. Some Saturdays in July and August fill in advance of the trip date, so plan ahead. Reservations can be made by phone, we accept MC, Amec Visa, and Discover Cards. We also accept checks for advance reservations. Some group leaders are choosing to simply start the group reservation by paying for only their own rental and having the rest of the party to call individually to pay with their own credit cards. This is fine, but make sure all members in your group inform us that they are adding on to a current group reservation.
Weekday reservations are not necessary, however we do appreciate a phone call prior to your arrival so we can be better prepared to serve you.

Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days (1 week) prior to trip date, however there is a $5.00 charge for any cancellations outside of the 7 day grace period. Any cancellations of watercraft after 7 days of trip can expect no refunds. We understand things happen in everyone’s life, but we are a business and we expect and appreciate that you follow our policies. Thank you
No refunds are issued due to undesirable weather. However, in the event of high water or continuing dangerous weather, you will be entitled to a credit letter for the value of your trip. Good through the following year.
